The Zoomlion QY90V633 is a five-axle, Tier III-compliant truck-mounted hydraulic crane engineered for high-altitude, long-reach lifting operations and continuous 360° slewing. Its structural and control systems are optimized for precision, safety, and reliability in demanding construction and infrastructure applications.

The crane achieves a maximum rated lifting capacity of 90 metric tons at a minimum boom length of 2.5 m. The basic boom delivers a rated lifting moment of 3,300 kN·m. The main boom telescopes from 12.5 m to 56.0 m, with a fully extended height of 56.5 m. An optional auxiliary boom—offered in two lengths (10.5 m or 18.5 m)—extends the maximum working height to 75.0 m, substantially enhancing performance in long-span and elevated lifting scenarios. Standard configuration includes a 15-ton counterweight and an outrigger span of 7.3 m * 7.4 m, ensuring stable operation across varied ground conditions and load configurations.

Hoisting performance is delivered via dual independent winch systems: the main hoist attains a maximum single-line rope speed of 122 m/min; the auxiliary hoist operates at up to 68 m/min. Slewing is controlled at a nominal rate of 1.5 rpm. Boom telescoping is executed through a synchronized single-cylinder pin system, enabling high-load extension/retraction, coordinated multi-axis motion, and repeatable positioning accuracy. Integrated electronic torque limiting provides real-time load monitoring and automatic overload prevention in accordance with ISO 8686 and EN 13001 safety standards.

Powertrain consists of a Weichai WP12.430N diesel engine (rated output: 430 hp / 316 kW) and a Zoomlion-designed five-axle chassis. The crane has an operating mass of 54.6 t, a maximum road speed of 78 km/h, and a certified gradeability of ≥12%, supporting efficient transportation and rapid deployment on challenging access routes.
