2016 XCMG XGC400 crawler crane

In 2016, XCMG produced the XGC400 400-ton crawler crane.

• The maximum rated lifting capacity of the main boom: 400 tons (with a boom length of 3 meters), the maximum lifting moment of the extension section of the auxiliary boom: 5157 ton-meters.
• The maximum lifting capacity of the tower support arm: 185 tons; the lifting capacity of the single drum at the arm head: 26 tons.
• Applicable conditions: 84-meter heavy main boom + 60-meter tower auxiliary boom (extension operation standard)

• Heavy main boom: 24 - 96 meters; Light extended main boom: 42 - 126 meters
• Tower auxiliary arm: 24 - 84 meters, swing angle 0° - 80°; boom swing angle -3° - 85°

• Empty load (without counterweight arm): 112 tons; Fixed counterweight: 40 tons
• The balance weights of the turntable are divided into three levels: 110/130/150 tons; the counterweights of the boom are 230 tons, and the total weight of the complete configuration is 325 tons.

• QSM11 engine, 298 kilowatts, fuel tank capacity 750 liters, maximum climbing gradient 30%

• The speed of the main hoist for single-rope lifting is 130 meters per minute; the rotation speed is 0–1.1 revolutions per minute; the running speed is 0–0.9 kilometers per hour.

• Transportation dimensions for the main unit in a single unit: 11.1 meters * 3.0 meters * 3.38 meters
• The track contact length is 9.6 meters, the plate width is 1.2 meters, and the full load contact pressure is 0.146 megapascals.
